With respect to to the billing issues with AIR TEL, I think they are hell bent on harassing and looting subscribers.
When I paid subscription fees of Rs 500, I was assured of Rs 100 being refunded every month after 4 months of usage for 5 consecutive months.
Now last month was for them to remit my Rs 100 which as usual they did not. I had to call up the Customer -I DO NOT -Care Representative to remind them of this. Expressing their ARTIFICIAL sympathy (as if I was begging) the amount was deducted.
Now come this month the same drama continues. I called them up again this month and a BREAKING NEWS is given. Rs 100 is only on VOICE CALLS! EXCUSE ME !
I still fail to get the LOGIC in this.
Now I had to insist that he raises a COMPLAINT TICKET which HE REFUSES as usual.
After a threat that I am also recording my call as an evidence, he benevolently registers an official complaint.
It was always SAD to read about people being cheated by AIR TEL and now I find joining the PARTY.
Is it possible that I can approach a consumer court with this issue if not resolved amicably?
Please suggest best alternative by your valuable opinions.
