10_12 days ago I receive a call from your postpaid sales team executive name shakchhi she told me postpaid plan Rs. 499. Is this plan she told me 2000 loc mints 300 msg loc/nat and 1.5GB data 4G/3G after unlimited 2G speed. My number was active two days ago. Today I call to customer care they said I have plan 2500 mints and 250 loc msg and 250 national msgs.
I socked to hear this I ask Manny times for plan confirmation and all time she and his senior also told me yes that total plan for life time.
There is no data pack and I port it for data specially. So please see in regarding same and make sure what’s happen in that and if not sorted out so make my money refund and give me auth. To port out with immediate effects
