Airtel is one of the oldest mobile service provider.i have used airtel for a very long time.last year I have switched over to vodafone for its worst service.after using airtel’s service I am going to review this honestly.
in my area I am facing serious network related issues.in earlier days it was good but now it is worse.1-2 bars are there in my mobile.
customer service is too bad.it is very hard to get connected with them.most of time the call did not get connected with them.
in terms of charges they charges more as compared to other operators.after jio’s arrival they have slightly reduced their price but that is not up to the mark.
at last I want to say overall I am very disappointed with them.they should look over their customer service, network and charges.thank you
