I’ve been using a prepaid SIM card (9503311120 )of airtel since Oct 10, and I was told that it was a lifetime validity SIM but now it is showing as validity only till 07 Oct 13.
when I went to the Airtel customer care to inquire, I was told to talk to the hotline prepaid customer care and the person told me to recharge for Rs 43/- to make my SIM card into a life time but the call value (Local/STD/Roaming) will all change to a higher rate.
i feel cheated by the Airtel company for not keeping their promise to their customer as I don’t want my call rates to change. In case the Airtel company doesn’t give a positive response I would be compelled to change to a different mobile operator with life time validity SIM.
