Airtel cheats customer by deducting money from their talktime value without their consent.
I’m a prepaid customer of Airtel since 2 yrs, I received a call from 9849074723 on 10th Mar 2006, stating that my 100Rs will be deducted within 48hrs for STD/ISD facility which I never opted for.
So I called to customer care, and they said they have no information about this,
The next day I received two SMS from Airtel with pin #. for the VCC stuff, and when I checked my balance, it was 100/- less,
I registered a complaint with customer care on 11th Mar 2006 for the above issue,
While taking the complaint they said my 100/- rupeees will be reverted back, but today
13th Mar 2006, I received a SMS saying : ’’In reference to your complaint no errors were found.’’
This is so very unfair!
This is daylight robbery.
Sheer violation of consumer rights.
hope I get justice.
