I have been using Airtel services(Post paid) in Pune for the last three years and
on the whole my experience has been quite satisfactory. There have been
some issues which I think will be there with any mobile operator as
this industry is still growing and that too very rapidly.
Coverage is quite good except few areas, maybe defence areas.
Billing has been consistent and accurate.
Customer care services are tolerable, my experience with Airtel
Customer Care outlets have been good and they have recommended the
schemes which are suitable to my usage.
- GPRS services are satisfactory.

6. You can view your bills and details on-line. Even change your plan and settings.
7. You can make payments online.
