I m using two sim cards in my mobile both are airtel one is prepaid and another is post paid.i m using this numbers from past 5 years still I m happy with the service.i bought this both numbers as prepaid and after one year I have migrated one number to postpaid.few months back I have faced one problem.its a complicate to to explain here, but let me try.


Whenever I call other state landline number without any single beep call gets disconnected and display shows call ended.Initially I thought it may be network problem, after 3 months problem continues and I got frustrated called the customer care 15-16 times.Each time when I called airtel, they use to give one new complaint number and says it will be solved within 48 Hrs but final result will be same.So I decided to visit gallery to meet concerned person.He took my number with billing details and forwarded my number to back office team.But this time guess what within 2 Hrs my problem has been sorted out and I got apology call from airtel. really im happy to get such  service.


They are giving 200 local and 200 std pulses only for 250 montly rentel no hidden charges. My montly bill is around 450rs nice work from airtel Thanking you for such a good work
