I have been using Airtel for 4 months now.
Those who haven’t purchased Airtel...my advice is dont purchase atleast for the time being.
The service is quite poor. I still cant belive how could Bharti launch a network without proper infrastructure!!
Well lets put it this way:
*Great for prepaid customers who roam.
*Quite fair in billing unlike orange.
*Definately better than orange for voice clarity and connectivity.
*Poor range of network as compared to BPLmobile.
*Really great roaming service. Definately better than any other network.
*The best Customer Support!!( I mean it!)
Friends ...Airtel has just launched. Lets give them a chance. I bet they’ll improve.
Last word: If u have a BPL card...then believe in the best!
