I never expected such a worst experience from Bharti.
When I was trying to register myseif the website (airtelcallhome), it thrown an error for the first 2 times. Then I tried next day and achieved it. But my credit card was charged for those failure transactions. The website is half-baked.
There is NO customer care. The given number is always not reachable. I sent serveral emails, but no reply. I called my credit card bank and stopped the payment to those guys.
When I was trying to make calls, I hardly get lines.
The website never shows the call details. I think Airtel is cheating us.
I strongly recommend NOT going for it.
Reliance gives such a excellent service. I never experienced any issues either with the website or with the service. It displays all the call details clearly. I never thought of calling the customer service, since I had no problem.
Never ever go for the airtellcallhome service.
