I am working in a semiconductor company in Bangalore. For last 6 months I am using Airtel broadband and haven’t faced any issue. Prior to Airtel broadband I was using Tata Indicom Wi-max.
TATA’s services are HELL ( no service at all ). The best part is after requesting for disconnection thay took one month to dis-continue the service and took 6 months to collect their antenna.
On the other side, I got Airtel connection in 3 days and the guy who intalled looked technical and was able to help me. I ws planning to use wireless router, so he assured me that ho would be able to help me if I face any problems in that.
Now I am using Airtel 2MBPS, 6GB scheme and I am 100% satisfied with it. No problems at all. Airtel customer care is also good, they are technical and are able to solve the problems too.
I requested them to increase my upload speed and amazingly they guided me to hoe to do that. So, in a nutshell, my suggestion would be:- Its better to live without broadband instead of having tata Indiacom WiMax. This service is guranteed to not work.
Airtel is best and works always.
