Here Im with my second review, n I have been inspired to write this review based on a sms which I have received 5 minutes ago. The sms states that"Hii your subscription for the DELSMS has been auto renewed.Now enjoy the service"
Now the problem is that I have never ever subscribed for that service but still from the time I have taken this airtel number I have been recieving this sms n after that my account balance get deducted by rs 10 every single time..
I have talked to their ever so "alert " customer care department twice n they asked me to send a message "UNSUB DELSMS"to some number.
Even after following their instructions still I m facing the same problem.The question is why should I pay for a service which I dont wanna use.I agree that they send me a sms on daily basis but I dont want to recieve those pathetic quotes which they use to send me.
I cant change the number also coz I have distributed it to all my frds n colleagues plus this number has been registered with various job sites, so its not advisable to change it now.
So I must say that despite of their claim to be the number 1 service
provider, they are unable to solve simple customer problems n making the
customer suffer........
I m giving it three stars because of its network coverage and voice clarity
but its very far from being the best.................
