Airtel prepaid service sucks customers

Hi I got Airtel prepaid connection from GandhiNagar(Gujarat), I felt customer service was very bad, response was very poor, they never understand customer problem.I purchased SIM from retail customer, and I finished formalities by filling application form and submitting address proof.The retailer submitted application with address proof to the concerned Airtel branch office.After 4 days they sent message your documents are not received, I called Airtel customer service and updated status that I have submitted and retailer passed documents to the concerned office.After one week without intimation they disconnected service.I approached Airtel customer service regarding disconnection they are not in a position to trace where the application in their branch offices.After 3 days of disconnection customer service replies, you have not submitted documents we can’t do anything.You dropdown to Ahmedabad head office and submit the documents.Because of their problem I have to spend 200 rupees and one day time to reach their office, documents are with them.Even the customer service does not have reponsibility to call their branch office to find application.They are asking customers to do their job.So I switched to HUTCH good service.In Airtel site no provision to file compliant.No customer service executive gives their higher officers number to explain the problem simply disconnects.
