One of the worst network I have ever used. unfortunately still using it. I always need to use my phone as a bomb detector to find a proper network for calls as well as data. I requested for network issue to be resolved but trust me, the worst experience I ever had in my life. They took more than 1 month just to find what’s the actual issue? although I told them the actual network issue, they couldn’t resolve it. Every alternate day, they used to call and say “we’ve made some changes in your network, please let us know whether there’s any changes or not” I got tired saying NO NO NO. Airtel people, please understand, people need quick resolutions. thanks
