Worst Support For Change of Plan

I am Nandha from Bangalore and I am using Airtel from past 8 years. I am sharing my worst experience with Airtel. I went to airtel outlet in Jayanagar branch and given request for change of plan. They took all the relevant documents from and given one new SIM card to me and said it will get activated with new plan within 7 days.


More than 15 days have gone by and no status about my change of plan. When I communicated this to customer care people and was asking for ticket status and they promised me within 2 days it will get activated with new plan.


After one week I had asked, they said one document is missing and you have to submit. For small change of plan I was roaming around their outlet and wasted my time. Finally I decided to change the ISP to other network. Very disappointment from Airtel, the way of support and so careless of handling customer documents..


Don’t prefer Airtel.
