This is a fraud company. I am having billing issues for the last 3 months. Every month, I have to call the pathetic customer support and waste 3-5 hours per day to get things sorted out to find that the issue still remains the same.
Everyone including their AM, Retentions Manager and executives are liars. When contacted the call center, they keep me on long hold and then disconnect my call. I have all the recordings as proof.
Its my humble request from my end, not to come to Airtel.
