I am using 2 airtel prepaid connection from past 5 years.
One one the number stopped working from 2 days.
I called the customer people from another number and explained the issue. They answered me that they had an technical software issue in the server and the engineers working on that it will be rectified in one hour".
Its not one hour it took 1and 1/2 day to activate it back. but out going is barred. I checked the balance and expiry date. it shows it expired and 0 balance. But actually it has more than 300 rupees of talk time and validity till mid june 2016.
I again called customer service people, this time they took u-turn and said your number has gone for recycling because of adress verification failure.
But the fact is I own 2 numbers with my name and both of them had same address. also few months before they asked all the subscribers to submit document again as per trai rule that time I submitted the documents for both of my numbers.
Even if it really failed in verification they should have send an sms/ call to inform this before they disconnect, but they didn, t.

I dont mind to get away of airtel but before to that I want my money back (300+ on the barred number).
