I am airtel for six months.for these 6 months service is very smooth.my connection is from tamil nadu.connecton failed very few times.customer services aree very much ok.me using prepaid card, lot of recharge denominations starting from rupees 50.they are providing GPRS facility with high speed .now they are introducinh EDGE technology , as this tech can never found in smart phones today.
they are making very friendly packages for younger community.like hello ring tunes etc.... but we should pay very high amount for that. for example if we want to activate’’’ hello tunes’’. we have to use our valuble 50 rupees talk time to airtel . dont forget that when we pay Rs.331 we should only get 175 rupees talk time.
coclusion :Airtel for upper class people or people who ready to spent a a lot.<b/>
I had experience a disadvantage in that. when I was roaming sms charges will not show corectly.even if we have no credit in our prepaid account we can send messages as much as we can .they will not alert us about the charges .when we recharge for the next time that amount will be deduced.
