I’ve opted Airtel only to use 4G services.
4G is lightning fast. You can download 5 MB of data in a second. Data connectivity is superb on Airtel. Same goes with their Voice calling as well
Now let’s discuss my Likings:-
Airtel has My Airtel app where you will find some exclusive offers for internet and Voice talk time which is cheaper compared to the Retailer.
Airtel’s network coverage is pretty good for the most part of the India.
Airtel’s customer service is prompt and responsive.
Let’s discuss my disliking:-
- When you are at roaming you must be aware using data service. They charge a lot of money but other network provider doesn’t do that.
I went to a place near to Bhutan and there Airtel has collaboration with’Tashi Celluar network’(from Bhutan) and without nay notification my Rs. 200 was deducted only because of using few MB data.
- Most of the part in India you won’t find 3G or 4G services from Airtel. If you are not in big city then 4G is not for you. Airtel must grow their 4G services as they show in their advertisement.
