I opted for Airtel landline service since they were giving better offer and also new EPABX system for my office.
I was very happy when I got airtel thinking that it will be beneficial. There is a long lists of benefits and some are realy awesome. These benefits are otherwise not available in land line. they have provided me PRI line with 100 nos. Since I have worked on these lines, I know the benefits.
But all ht epromises and hype created by airtel team fall flat. from the day one, I am having problem with the system. everytime I tried to make a call, I get some wierd messages. very hard to understand. then if I am lucky, I make a call, then after some time may be a minute, or sometime 3 minutes, it gets disconnected. Imagine you are talking with your customer, finalising a deal and then you are disconnected. reason, airtel knows.
after complaining few hndred times, they sent their engineer who told its not line problem, but the EPABX system. EPABX said its airtel problem. I had chosen EPABX from Samsung based recommendation given by airtel. In fact airtel was very strong in pitching for samsung.
I am like pendulum, one side airtel, other side EPABX.
Finally, I have decided to surrender the airtel lines. I have asked them to remove there EPABX and reinstall my older one.
I am lucky that I didnt paid a penny for this system. but yes, I wasted a whole one month commitment and also I had lot of frustrations but now, I wont recommend anybody to opt for airtel landline even if its free. you will loose business adn customers. it created very bad impression when one of my consultant told** "kya fayda apko phone karke?Line disconnect ho jata hai." what would you in such scenario?

NB: My friend whom I had recommended airtel, is very happy. Lucky guy.
