More than 11 years am using airtel service. I was happy with their network n services till 2016. Since 2016 mid suddenly there was shift and everything failing. Converted from postpaid to prepaid but no use. Worst service n network connectivity.
I never thought of moving from Airtel services however, time has come to look for change.
