I have been using Airtel from last more then 10 years, when it was growing up it was really very good and the plans were also not too costly but now it has been changed as compared to other mobile operators. Day by day they are making new changes in their plans and offers. Also they are very smart by activating VAS without any permissions. The internet speed is also fluctuate sometimes especially in day times.
In rural places the network range is also very poor., If we talk about customer services I am really very satisfy with their customer services they are always polite but sometimes the call center agents won’t do their duty properly sometimes they will just put your call on hold or in mute for a long time.
