I am using airtel since last 4 years. I was satisfied with the services they gave but at that time I was in postoaid. I did portability in prepaid and then they stopped caring about their customers. They were making more money when I was in postpaid but after prepaid their income decreased so they started irritating me by sending messages and calling me at the midnight. I tried DND but I didnt stop. I tried to call in the toll free number but no person comes and talks in the phone. Only the machine keeps speaking. So how to connect with the customer executive ? There is no choice of talking to customer executive in the toll free number
