I am using this for about an year now but from the past few months I am having a worst time with airtel.
With the banner of open network it’s just a scam.
I am having problem regarding my 3g connection which does not not get connected from the past two months and whenever I call the customer care they usually take a complaint but leave it unsolved.I have registered at least a dozen of complains regarding my network error and ultimately switched to other network.
Customer service and the employee are worst and they even don’t know regarding WCDMA OR EDGE networks while taking to them in customer support.I personally feel they are illiterate with the way they speak english.
So I personally don’t suggest to go for airtel services as it is not worth to it. Go for any other guys.U will surely have good time.
