Today I am going to share with you all my experience with Airtel. It is one of the best company in telecommunication, though it has some problem with the network in some places. For example it has a poor connectivity at my home(Pin-110006) where as it gives the maximum network and connectivity at my office(Pin-201301).
According to me Airtel plans are not cheaper but they are affordable. The rates are competitive and bearable against the service they give. I had INR 649+18% GST plan subscription with unlimited calling(national/local), 100 SMS/day, and 30 GB of data which is some time useless due to network unavailability. Where as another company is offering me the same plan for only INR 399+18% GST, imagine the difference.
I tried to reach the customer care regarding the offer and they were like "Sir, we do also have a similar plan for INR 399 but you will get only 20 GB instead of 30 GB". I said if you already have a similar plan for INR 399+18% GST then why you people are charging INR 649+18% GST. They said "Sir, you didn’t came to us for that." So, I asked them to reduce my plan charges then.
My overall experience with Airtel is 3.5/5(Only because of connectivity issue). I would love to give it a 5/5 but despite of many complaints it seems no action is taken to improve the connectivity issue. If Airtel people read this review wo please try to sort our the connectivity issue at my pin address as we pay for the services.
