I dont understand the point of taking 250 one time activation charges again when I paid that amount on the day I bought the sim card. I dont understand the point of taking one time charges again and again . I am very frustrated and I am not going to suggest Airtal any one in my lifetime now. I thought Airtel is knows for best customer service but when I called the customer care number they told me hold and then not talking in good way and he even disconnected the call and he completely ignored what my complaint was. he was just in hurry to disconnect. Being a reputed brand you cannot even give proper training to employees. thankq.
