Pathetic service from Airtel

Unfortunately Airtel. Tele callers hardly have been trained with mannerism..A boy from Airtel named Bhaveesh & others had word with me yesterday  . There is a certain way of talking and I am sorry to say this but he crossed all limits. he had the guts to ask me my name and also to tell me ‘Tumhra Nuksan hoga’ hat ever it is..Airtel really needs to train them on behaving .


Yes, they don’t know other than money. Several of time I got deduction on my number which is +91-828 719 9459 but could not lodge complain day before yesterday my main balance was recharged with Rs: 250 and I got deduction of at least 120.  If you forgot to add your rate-cutters, your mobile balance will be next to zero. It doesn’t mean they are transparent, none of the rate cutters will let you know what’s the available balance sec/min/money you have; all it tells is the deduction details.


If you recharge for any amount more than rs.30, direct deduction of rs.30 will be done. To get the details about the deduction, you should at-least an year to get connected to the customer support. Again, they deduct amount for every 3mins.


I do have more than 15 postpaid number at my organization and few prepaid too if I am gonna get service like this then I could not continue with your network.
