I’ve continuously faced a problem with data and connectivity on roaming. Whenver in Delhi with my Chennai number I get 2G 90% of the time even though my sister, in the same area, enjoys 3G and 4g speeds.
Secondly, I have tried porting my Prepaid to Postpaid, however airtel staff repeatedly fail at turning up at the appointed time and they cancelled the porting quoting an’address verification failute;(though they have already verified details in person once while delivering the new SIM).
