In India airtel is the best service provider in terms of call rates and also sms packs and cellular data.
Airtel also offers best offers which chages periodically. In this best offers we get cellular data at low cost than usual packs. It also gives low call rates in special offers.
These are the facts which I have encountred since last two years. I get 3G 1GB pack at the cost of 158 rupees for 28 days.
