Hello, Even Airtel is reputed firm but it not the best Mobile Operator. It may have the strong network but the service is not good. The staff is many times unhelpful. I use Airtel but thank internet as many of my tasks are done through online.
Network - It claims that it has a strong network but no it doesn’t. The place where I can get network range for another network where it fails to provide coverage. Many time it comes to normal but after some time it lows down.
I think you should go to the nearby tower and spend your whole day there. If you have a mobile which has only one 3G support then forget that this sim will fully work on it. 3G service is not worthy, 4G sometimes cut the coverage.
Customer Service - Not guarantee that for all your query you will get a solution. The reason which they give a solution will make you laugh a lot. Sometimes you might the good solution but that is not much worth, why you should first create the problem on your own and then solve it. They create a problem and then when you require then only they will get in touch with you.
Charge and Billing - Very High charges. Few offers are great but if you go for modem or it’s wifi facility, you will waste your money. Why to pay for network cut when with other option you can get better coverage. Once they gave me net pack as I recharged for 1 month and 10 days remained and they canceled it. I enquired and complained about it and got offer back when only 2 days were left.
