Hello Friends,
I am really shocked to see third grade service of Airtel team. After 55 hours my SIM is not activated.
I lost touch with outside world. I am become Social handicapped. Not even able to port number as no SMS is working on inactivated SIM.
Actually issue begin from 15th June 2017 after noon 3 pm as I have submitted all documents to Airtel to reactivate my lost SIM card on 15th June 2017 morning 10.45 am. and as per Airtel process it will get activated after 4 hours means around 3 pm IST same day.
On 3 pm I called up help desk - asked for 4 hours more
On 8.30 pm I called up help desk - asked for 4 hours more
On 16th June(Every Customer support champ, their floor mAnasultangers are always escalating matter to tech team and following up personally)
On 5 am I called up help desk - asked for 4 hours more
On 12 noon I called up help desk - asked for 48 hours more
On 2pm to their lead Shieny Singh - Apology, giving you personal attention
On 5 pm I called up help desk - asked for 4 hours more
I have written to ombudsperson@bharti.in But of no use as there "Customer Experience" people are so intelligent that they have called on my cell number for which issue is going on.
On 8.30 pm I called up help desk - asked for 4 hours more
Today morning again same repeated story as above.
Last communication on 2 pm today this so called intelligent Airtel people are and their highly skilled tech team is still
working on activating my SIM(seems its very complex thing for them to fix) as they need another 48 hours.
Hence I urge you to "Help Airtel Tech team to reactivate SIM and WIN Gifts";-)
I request you all to avoid such sufferings never use or recommend Airtel to others
