Hello frndz Im a Airtel user from past 8 years . There have been some issues wid some of the services but when I complained to the customer care executive they try to solve about 90% of the problems. According to me prepaid services are best because u dont get extra deductions unnecessarily . But once I had a major problem which was very hectic . Just 4 months back I had this problem . The problem was high consumption of data . Like for example if u use surf or browse on internet, wat would be the data consumed on 4G network ? Maybe 150-200MB , but in my case they used to deduct all the given 1GB data that to only for 1hr just for browsing and not downloading or uploading . So I got irritated by this problem , so I called the customer care people , they said it was because of their technical mistake . After that after 2 days the problem was solved . And now Im happy wid it . And one more negative thing is they keep on increasing the package price , like before they used to charge 399 rupees unlimited calls, 1GB internet daily , 70 days validity but now they have increased the price to 448 rupees. And apart from this I feel good using this network , because it has very vast range of connective network . Even in the remote villages I have got the signals . That other operators fail to provide . And one more thing the beautiful Airtel challenge Girl that comes on TV . But overall I feel its the best network . By the it is the first network operator in the country .
