I am an Airtel customer from past 5 years, I was getting 1 GB data per month with no extra cost. I had not used more than 500 MB but they had generated bill bill of 5300 rupees and when I calles customer service they were saying that I have to pay my bill first after that they will talk. I put so many efforts to talk but all failed, I didnt want to lose my number but I had to.
And after 2 months they started harassing me to pay the bill. They were very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience.
