Hi i’m pratyaksh kumar earlier. I was using vodafone network and one day. I got a call from airtel executive and airtel executive tell me plan and the plan sounds good so I ported my vodafone netword to airtel few months it was good no network issue and high speed internet everything was going well suddenly after 5 months. I had some network problem which I adjust for a month but later it was very painfull because I was not able to use my data at 32kbps only so I registered a complainet and they said it will be sorted out in 4 5 working days. I waited and waited but no response and then I change my network. Airtel network is looting customers money without giving proper service to the customers.
