I am currently using jio airtel and vodafone. Airtel used to be so good before jio but nowadays airtel is seeing the worst days in terms of their service.
Network
Still no coverage in basements and metro. Even jio works in basements but not airtel. Vodafone and jio works in metro but not airtel. There is something wrong with them.
Customer service
I am not satisfied. They have become weaker after jio’s arrival. Call quality is better in jio and voda. And they always disturb you with their useless schemes. They always have hidden terms and conditions in almost every offer
Charges
Thanks to jio, airtel is now giving 3 month internet and calling for 350.earlier it was giving 1 gb 3G in 350. Nowadays pricing is good but its all because of jio competition. They were looting us before jio
Value for money
I dont think airtel is coping with the competition right. They are not providing good service. Its not a value for money service nowadays
