I have been using AirTel network, I have recharged 3G pack on 3 August and on 11 August my data pack got empty, while most of the time Im using Wi-Fi network.
AirTel Start deducting money from main account balance without any intimation. When I called on 198 customer executive explaining me that u have used full data and they can not do anything.
If Customer executive can not assist then why there is Customer Service.I must say "AIRTEL NIKAL RAHA HAI INDIAN LOGO KA TEL"Government should take action against airtel.
