Attitude of Airtel Relationship center and 121

I have been using Airtel for more than 7 years nw and after all the issues, I am really fed-up with the kind of srevice. Aparrt from the network coverage, all about airtel is as filthy as crap.


I moved from Post paid to prepaid recently as the pricing of airtel is is crapiest when compared to others in the market. I have 3 mobile numbers on my name and one of it was lost and so have taken a duplicate sim for the same number. A supervisor at 121 promised activation when I spoke the 2nd day but niothing happened. The activation of which has taken 3 full days, where as I can get a new sim of any other service provider for 5-25 INR immideately.


Now, all the phones out going is barred with a reason fo incomplete documentation(from post to prepaid). I tried 121 to get the number of relationship center but I didn’t get any help other than getting chatrged for the customtakeouter service call. I called Just dail services and they gave me the number. I reason is my photograph on the photo ID is not clear is the reason for the de-activation which I cud find out only after 3 fu**ing days. Now I submitted a fresh copy of ID proof and 121 don’t know if they got the documents and I have to wait till 20th to get the information, let alone the out going.


Please use a connection of a senable service provider and lastly word of advice, be faithful to wife/girl friend. The Mobile operators are not worth it a bit. That’s what I realised afetr 7 damn years.


But again, good thing is now my eyes are open and I say “Kiss my Behind Airtel”, I am moving on. Also try to keep an eye on the relationship center service, not just the fanchise deposit.
