Airtel worst customers service in india

I was using Airtel mobile number I am here to bring this to your notice that, my sim has been blocked on 10 Dec 2015 without any pre notice due to no usage from some time. I was actually out of the country due to my profession. I am a MNP customer to the Airtle and I am using this sim from 8 years. This number has been registered with all banks and online platforms Paypal, Payza transactions.


After sim blocked within 24 Hrs I went to our Local Airtel office in my city post request for new sim and they issued the new sim after submitting all proofs, but till now its not activated. I would like to inform you that the subject number is very very important for may, I need the same number.


I am requesting many time on customer care as well as airtel store but they only give me assurance. I worte a email to delhi head office kindly investigate on my case and activate the new sim with number. but still I am waiting someone contact with me. this is very bad service one of the best telecom company in india.
