In india its an big issue if u dont get high internet speed. Airtel does not provide good signal. And the facilities that it provides are not worth it what they cost us. I have experienced its facilities its network goes off as I go to my room from drawing hall. Its network seriously vanishes off and you wonder what is happening. And the worst partvof the network is that there customer service is worst they hang you for around 10min before connecting to the customer care officer. And when u share your problem with them they dont have any sort of solution for that particular problem, they just give you temporary solution which intern again rises the problems. Apart from this u would expect it would cost you low then you are in vein they just know how to cost you more by adding VAS( value addee services) without your concent. And cost you so much for a single call only. They just want your money nothing else.
