I wanted to test the 3G services on my Phone. I live in Bangalore and airtel claims it is available here. Form past 2 days, I have been calling the customer care for help. few times they assure that the system will be OK in 4 hours. Sometimes they make me do the same manual settings over and over again. Few hours back one customer care executive made me REFORMAT my whole phone. I took the necessary backup and went ahead, but still no 3G.
It takes many minuted to get in touch with the customer care on 121. And after the wait, we get executives who do not know what they are supposed to do.
I am definitely thinking of changing from Airtel to another service provider.
