I am using Airtel sim card from six months. My previous mobile operator was Vodafone. Vodafone operator network connection is very poor in our area. So I was thinking that airtel has good network in our area. But when I converted my sim from Vodafone to airtel I observed that its network connection is much poor than Vodafone.The customer service of airtel is much worse than other sim. The call rate and net recharge is much higher than other Telecom operators.So don’t use airtel if you are belong to middle class family.
