Hi friends its information on the basis of my experience let’s I will discuss about mobile network Airtel company.
Hi I am using Airtel network from 8 years but in these days I am not satisfied from this network are there services.
Few days ago Airtel is a very good network provider company all the areas but in some Atria poorest and poorest network provider in the network sector field they can’t be improved in services they only we claim on other companies network so that there they are services this day by day is decreases.
Dell customer services is also a very poor in in few months because they can’t take care of customer which use The Sims of Airtel the connectivity of customer is also a very poor you will call for any type of information 10 or 20 times then one time connected from customer support service it is a very bad things for customer.
There call rates and the services is very high as compared as other company networks like jio Aircel border Idea etc so customer is have a problem in recharging of Airtel network and their rate cutter is also a very high and they can’t be key for any type of offer for the call rate for rechargeable for customer that full talk time is very high and no other option is used for full talk time or rate cutter and they can’t give a long duration rate cutter aa rechargeable value.
I am using a still Airtel network but I am thinking about to board on other network because their network problem customer service support problem and a rechargeable problem and their high level rate cutters is also a very very costly for other customers then it data networks is also a very high so I can’t afford it or other middle family also can’t afford.
