399 plan offers only 100 sms for 3 months whereas jio 399 plan offers unlimited Ssms(100/day).
and airtel has less 4g coverage. when traveling airtel network will usually be on 3g or 2g this results in low data speeds. so there is no point in recharging airtel 4g unless you are within airtel 4g covered cities and not travelling outside.
