My airtel data package was due for renewal on April 18, 2015. However, they deducted INR 572 in one hour(On 18th April 2015) saying I exhausted my data limit and I paid via my account balance.
Don’t you agree that an sms would have been sent intimating this? You would start sending smses 3 days n advance for renewal but you would not send a sms saying you have exhausted your data limit. And when did your internet started working so fast that I used INR 572 worth of data in an hour? I do not use 650 mb data in a month.
I want my money back!
