I have a mobile connection of AIRTEL(08756625446).On 20 dec 2011 When I checked by balance of that no I found Rs 45.00 has been deducted from my balance and AIRTEL has introduced CALLER TUNE service in my No without my consent. Then I talked to AIRTEL customer service and requested him to stop that service and repay my balance to my phone.
Then AIRTEL has stopped that services but has not repaid me RS 45.00.I hope you will take necessary steps and help me to get my balance. Or otherwise I will move to consumer court for these unethical activities.
