I just got the new connection from Airtel. They have blocked the outgoing calls in my account because of address verification. But no one has come to verify the account. Usually they will call me whenever Im in office to verify my home address.
Atlast they have disconnected the connection. I made repeated calls to customer service before disconnecting to make sure the address verification is completed.
But they didnt do anything .
Now Im running to get the account activated again. Waste of Time!.
