I had activated 3g night pack at rupees 29, after 12’O’ Clock I kept a download of 366 mb after downloading 180mb it stopped and my 106rs balance deducted. Out of 500mb I had just used 200mb but they deducted 300mb+ 106rs main balance.
I had called 198 and asked them the 1st person said I used before 12am then I ended my call and again I called 198 and the 2nd person said I had used 600mb so the balance was deducted. I had downloaded 200mb out of 500mb but they deducted 300mb+ Rs 106 main balance and they said I have used 600mb.
