I bought a Samsung galaxy S Dous 2 with 2 months 3g data free last Friday from Flipkart.com. Its clearly given upon the box of Samsung galaxy mobile that 2 months 3G offer plan free validity 30 June.to call 121 to active the offer on handset.
On Saturday on 17th May 2014 I spoke to the 121 Airtel Customer support and the guy promised that the offer is valid and service will get activated in 24 hrs.but still nothing is done written commitment has not honored even after repeated calls to Flipkart and Airtel.
Airtel such a big network not bothered about the customers they are just making customer harassment. Flipkart is considered as the e-commerce company that made online shopping popular in India.its all fake offers made just to sale the product. I am dissatisfied with online shopping and Airtels customer service.
