I have been using my personal sim since 2009. Earlier actually it was Aircel sim card. But when Aircel come to an end this year so I change my sim card from Aircel to Airtel by keeping the my number same. So I have been using Airtel SIM card since one year. And now I am residing in Guwahati city. Actually I am very disappointed with the net speed of Airtel. Airtel net speed is so slow that we even cannot browse simple thing forget about downloading.Airtel says that Airtel is the fastest network of India but what I am getting is that the speed the Airtel is giving to me now is about 0. 15 kbps and maximum upto 100 kbps only at midnight like 2 am or 3 am. now I want to say that is it the net speed that 4g sim should give. Not only about net speed but the talking quality is also very bad. Many a times I failed to connect to others number.I have talk to the Airtel customer care service many times. Every times they says that we are having some technical problems with network so I am getting slow net speed. they have been saying the same sentence since I have opted to Airtel from Aircel. So I want to say that how long your technical problem will persist. If you cannot give a good quality service to your customer then why you are looting us. We have been investing 400 per month for getting a good quality net speed and talktime service but if you don’t provide the good quality net speed why should we use your network. I have just wasted a lot of money for your disgusting network service. So I am very disappointed with your internet speed so I shifted to Vodafone. Only reason that I have been using Airtel SIM is that my Airtel SIM is linked to my bank account and Aadhaar and many other stuff.
