Airtel Postpaid is Generating Unused Bill

Respected Sir,


I have suffered fraud since December 2005 when I first time joined airtel as a postpaid connection. I will go in consumer court. Last 2 months they charged what I had not used. I purchased a smartphone for the first time. I recharge uninor connection in sim card 2 and recharge internet Rs 89.


They charge Rs. 1270. I have seen proof that I was using uninor, but official did not agree with my proof and call done in uninor. If used airtel internet then speed is an issue. Last month I they charge Rs.300. I used uninor for calling purpose because I have Rs. 2000 local minutes free.


I have used outgoing called as much that they generated bill. I used so many times sent port sms for changing operator but they every time gave me offers. As far as offers and not called so much from airtel no, the bill should be very low. I have not received bill notification email. 24th July, 2013.


I have gave so many proof that I don’t used that bill generated, but official did not give proper answer. Customer services are not good as compare to vodafone. Any time customer services unable to resolved customer queries. My portability procedure was too late. Mobile internet speed is very low.


I will go in consumer court. Please do take action.
