I have been using airtel for about 5 years.I had both good and worst experiences.I have traveled with this connection all over India and I think it has a good network coverage
And has a good validity is given as if for life long But the problem is that sometimes. All the plans they provide are very costly and cant afford.
And also if we have a good amount of balance in our TT and if we are not using that for a while they will automatically deduct that from our account and if we call customer care they will tell we have activated some kind of subscription ( even if you do not suscribe at all) but if we tell to reimburse cash they’ll not instead they will only deactivated the subscription
And it is also having other benefits like airtel money which is pretty useful since once you loaded money we can transfer it to your friends, pay for different bills, book irctc, book movie tickets etc.
And if you want to retake the cash to bank account it is also possible
But for loading money in net banking the sbi is not accepted
Thats it ! like a coin has 2 faces , everything even airtel has 2 faces some are good some are bad
